“As a company that builds and manages public goods, from our beginnings, we have been involved and committed to our local community, collaborating in different economic, social, and environmental initiatives. The UN Sustainable Development Goals are a reference in our positioning as a company and in our daily action. Moving towards a fairer and more equitable society within the framework of sustainable development is an objective that as a company we want to share with administrations, companies, users and entities in our environment.”

Cedinsa Concesionaria de la Generalitat de Catalunya reinforces its global, territorial, and environmental commitment by adhering to the United Nations Global Compact as a signatory partner. With this action, Cedinsa is especially involved in the local network of companies and entities that are signatories of the commitments with the United Nations.
Launched in 2000, the United Nations Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. In Spain, more than 2,000 organizations have joined the initiative, which makes it the local network with the largest number of adhered entities and, therefore, the most important in the world.
Adhering to the Global Compact implies that Cedinsa is committed to aligning its operations with the ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment, and the fight against corruption. Likewise, Cedinsa also undertakes to adopt measures to help achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined, approved, and promoted by the United Nations.
In this way, Cedinsa joins thousands of companies globally and is committed to taking responsible business and corporate actions to advance towards a fair, prosperous, equitable and inclusive model of progress and global sustainability.
